2009 -	Established a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Kian Ho (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, Vietnam. Established a wholly-owned subsidiary company, KH Bearings and Seals Australia Pty Ltd, Australia. Established a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Chengdu Excel Bearings Co., Ltd (China), China. Established a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Kian Ho Shanghai Co., Ltd, China. Established an associated company, Kian Ho Seals (Thailand) Co., Ltd, Thailand. Established an associated company, Kian Ho Bearings (Thailand) Co., Ltd, Thailand Appointed as authorized distributor of NSK Linear Motion & Mechatronic (Aftermarket) products. Appointed as authorized distributor of EZO/SPB brand products.
2008 -	Established a wholly-owned subsidiary company, KWP Engineering & Industrial Supply Sdn Bhd. (Malaysia) in May. Established a subsidiary company, PT. Kian Ho Indonesia, In July
2007 -	Appointed as authorised distributor of NSK bearings.
2005 -	Celebrated our 50th Anniversary on 12th March 2005. Established a wholly-owned subsidiary company, SNB (H.K.) Co., Ltd., Hong Kong.
2000 -	Relocated our Singapore Head Office and warehouse to Changi South.
1998 -	Construction of new 5-storey building at Changi South. Establishment of a subsidiary company Ascend Bearings Co., Ltd, Taiwan. Establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary company Acker Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, China.
1997 -	Upgraded to the Main-board of the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX).
1995 -	Listed as a public limited company on the Stock Exchange of Singapore Dealing and Automated Quotation System (SESDAQ).
1994 -	Entered into a joint-ventureship to manufacture water pump and automotive bearings in China.
1993 -	Acquired Jurong Town Corporation factory at Tuas.
1988 -	Appointed as exclusive distributor for DAIDO of Japan and GP of Taiwan bearing products.
1986 -	Appointed as exclusive distributor for URB of Romania bearing products.
1985 -	Expanded and head office relocated to Citimac Industrial Complex.
1980 -	Appointed as sole distributor for HALLITE seals from UK.
1978 -	Expanded sales operations - branch office in Jurong, western area of Singapore.
1975 -	Appointed as sole distributor for IKO bearings from Japan. Established a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Kian Ho Bearings (M) Sdn Bhd., Malaysia. Appointed as authorized distributor for NOK seals from Japan.
1974 -	Expanded sales operations - branch office at Jalan Besar, central area of Singapore.
1973 -	Converted from sole proprietorship to a private limited company.
