Seals
Seals products are used for closing a gap to prevent fluid leakage or for making a joint fluid-tight. They are, therefore, required in all machinery and equipment in which movement is generated by fluid pressure in order to prevent leakage.
Oil / Shaft Seals
As products, oil seals maybe simply described as devices that close or seal the spaces between stationary and moving components in mechanical equipment. They prevent lubricant from escaping. Oil seals often called grease, fluid or dirt seals are the vital components of practically every type of machine and vehicle in operation. These seals protect all types of precision constructed, close fitting ball, sleeve and roller bearings.
Hydraulic Packing
A sealing element for hydraulic or pneumatic system. Various types of synthetic rubber materials and seal designs are available to suit a wide range of hydraulic / pneumatic cylinders on static or dynamic application.
Mechanical Seals
Mechanical seals are used in nuclear power generation systems, chemical plants, aircrafts, ships, automobile coolant pumps, industrial and domestic purpose pumps. General purpose mechanical seals are widely used in the field of motor vehicles, home appliances, pumps and machineries.
Floating Seals
Floating seals are used for the purpose of keeping up the steady flow of the lubricating oil and preventing the infiltration of impurities. These are developed mainly for the construction machinery. They consist of O-rings and floating seals made of special cast iron to effectively exclude sand and dirt. These seals are widely used on bulldozers and excavators.
O-Rings
Seals of the simplest construction and easiest to apply. Made of various types of synthetic rubber materials, these seals offer a wide range of application. O-rings are used in very wide industries. They are used in areas where fluid or air seepage prevention is necessary.
